Navigating Healthcare

The resources on this page are specific to the healthcare hellscape that is the United States. To be clear, I strongly believe in the skills and abilities of conventional doctors as primary care physicians. I am continuously impressed with the ability of conventional medicine to save lives and have a strong distaste for so-called 'holistic' practitioners and wellness influencers who discourage folks to seek conventional care. That said, I am strongly critical of the current capitalist and profit-driven healthcare system, which is intricately bound up with the astounding greed of health insurance companies. The resources below are intended to support folks in navigating these aspects of the healthcare system.
